All you need to do is find the band and cup size that ‘fits’ your body size. Naturally then, the first step is to determine your body size, which is based on your ‘under bust’ size. The second step is to determine your cup size, which is based on your ‘over bust’ size and how it ‘fits’ with your body size (using our clever fitting matrix below). Now we’ll take you through it step by step.

Step 1 Body Size

First step is to determine your body size. To do this, obtain your ‘under bust’ figure and use this figure to find your corresponding body size, based on the table below. For example, if your ‘under bust’ is 75 cm, you will fall within the 72-77 cm ‘under bust’ range in the table below. Therefore, your corresponding body size will be a size 12.

Step 2 Cup Size

Second step is to determine your cup size. To do this, obtain your ‘bust' figure by placing the tape around the fullest part of your bust. Then use this figure, coupled with your body size, to determine your cup size - based on the table below. For example, if your ‘bust' is 96 cm, and your body size is 12, you will fall within the 95-97 cm ‘bust' range, for size 12, in the table below. Therefore, your corresponding cup size will be Cup DD.

Step 3 Bra Size

Third step is to select your bra size. Your bra size is simply the combination of your body size and cup size. Therefore, if your body size is 12 and your cup size is Cup DD, your bra size is 12 DD! Perfect.
