Thank you for shopping at LuLu! Customer satisfaction and safety is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange within 2 days of delivery. We only accept unopened merchandize with tags.

Exchanges can only be made for the same style number.

You are responsible for the return shipping. Returned items should include LuLu’s packaging, stickers, and tags. We recommend using an insured, traceable method and cannot be held accountable for lost packages. Allow 3-4 weeks for your return to be received and to process your request.
